SHIPPING

Order processing times are separate from the shipping times. All orders are processed within 2 to 4 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. We need to ensure every items are well-made, well-crafted and represents to your expectation. We might need more time, surely you will receive a notification via email. You will get another notification when your order has shipped.

For nationwide shipment, we are partnered with local shipping company, SiCepat.

We also offer international shipping to the following countries:

United States, Turkey, Mexico, New Zealand, United Kingdom, Canada, Netherlands, Australia, Vietnam, Thailand, Philippines, Hong Kong, Taiwan, Singapore, Malaysia, United Arab Emirates, Brunei, Bahrain, Kuwait, Qatar, Oman, Jordan, India, Egypt, Spain, Macau, Pakistan, South Africa, Belgium, France, Japan, Germany, Italy, China and South Korea.

Delivery timelines to each countries are different, please estimate 1-2 week for SouthEast Asia and 3-4 weeks to America and Europe.

Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country.

HOW DO I TRACK MY ORDER?

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking link and airway bill number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available after sending a shipping confirmation email.
