Order processing times are separate from the shipping times. All orders are processed within 2 to 4 business days for products not labelled as "Pre-Order"(excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. We need to ensure every items are well-made, well-crafted and represents to your expectation. We might need more time, surely you will receive a notification via email. You will get another notification when your order has shipped.

Delivery timelines to each countries are different, please estimate 5 days to 1 week for South East Asia and 1-2 weeks to America and Europe.

Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country.

HOW DO I TRACK MY ORDER?

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking link and airway bill number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available after sending a shipping confirmation email.
